- How many kids may attend the party?
The number of kids is entirely up to you. The basic party price covers 10 children, which includes your birthday child. For each additional child who attends, add $10.00 each for children 11-20, add $15.00 each for children 21-25, (maximum 25, sorry, no exceptions).Back To Top
- What does Louisville Gymnastics provide?
We provide a party area, coaches, a hostess, use of a refrigerator and microwave, and lots of fun for the children. Any other accessories will be the parent's responsibility. Please see the next "What do I need to bring?" question for a list of common items to remember to bring!Back To Top
- What do I need to bring?
You need to bring the food, cake, drinks, plates, napkins, candles, matches, forks, spoons, knives, spatula, etc.Back To Top
- How much is a Birthday party?

- How do we pay for the party?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks. We typically collect a deposit fee of $50 and would use the same credit card to charge the balance of the party, unless otherwise specified by you. You may use a different card or pay in cash if you wish.Back To Top
- What should the kids wear?
Typically, both boys and girls wear shorts or sweatpants and t-shirts. However, if the girls prefer they may wear a leotard. Just make sure that the clothes worn are comfortable (e.g. no dresses) since the kids will be doing a lot of playing.Back To Top
- Does Louisville Gymnastics provide invitations?

- Can we decorate the party area?
Of course! Themed tablecloths, balloons, streamers, etc. are both perfectly acceptable and encouraged to make the experience more personal for your child.Back To Top
- How early can we arrive to start setting up?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your start time. Our hostess will be there to assist you with anything that you need at that time.Back To Top
- How many coaches will be supervising the party?
We typically have 2 coaches to conduct the party for you as well as a hostess to help you in setting up, serving, and cleaning up.Back To Top
- What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel the party up to two weeks before the party date to receive a full refund of your deposit.Back To Top
- What if my child is sick on the day of the party? Do we get to reschedule or get a refund?
We understand that kids do get sick or circumstances beyond our control do happen. (i.e. funerals, bad weather) In this event, we will work with you to reschedule the party for another day or refund your deposit.Back To Top
- Can we have pizza delivered to the gym?
Sure! This is your party and you may have whatever food you want for your guests. Many of the major pizza places that deliver know where Louisville Gymnastics is located. It is advisable to have the pizza arrive approximately 15 minutes before the children are dismissed to go the party room (45 mintues into your party).Back To Top
- How long are the parties?
Our parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes in length. You will get a full hour in the gym for organized play with the coaches and 30 minutes in the party room for your festivities.Back To Top
- Can the children go out to the gym and play while the party is being set up?
Unfortunately, they may not. This is for their safety we cannot allow them into the gym area without a staff person to supervise. At the appropriate start time, the coaches will gather the children that are there and take them out to begin the party.Back To Top
- Are the children allowed back in the gym after the cake and ice cream?
Unfortunately not. This is for their safety we cannot allow them into the gym area without a staff person to supervise. Additionally, once the children have had cake and ice cream, it is best not to risk upset stomachs. Each party gets exclusive use of the gym for 1 hour.Back To Top
- Can the adults go out into the gym?
Unfortunately not. Adults are welcome to stay and watch the party from our spacious parents viewing areas.Back To Top
- Is there a waiver that invitees need to fill out? How do they sign it?
Yes, a parent and/ or legal guardian must complete the Louisville Gymnastics Waiver for their child(ren) prior to entering the gymnastics equipment area.
Participants can access the waiver before coming by filling out the form online at louisvillegymnastics.com/waiver and bringing the confimation number with them for the party.
Participants may also complete a waiver upon arrival at the gym the day of the party at the front desk.Back To Top
